Network
Centric Operations
The DoD and USN program management, business
practices, and systems engineering transformational initiatives
provide the tools necessary to achieve true Network Centric
Operations (NCO). NCO realizes time-critical, seamless information
exchange, to facilitate enhanced warfighting capabilities.
Ausley Associates, Inc. (AAI) possesses the insight
into mission requirements, system/platform capabilities, the
DoD transformational initiatives, and the vision to assemble
individual pieces into an integrated System of Systems (SoS).
AAI has demonstrated talent and abilities to conceive
warfighting concepts, lead and oversee the maturity of these
concepts via analysis modeling & simulation and live demonstrations,
and posture program offices for seamless integration and fielding
of these capabilities.
AAI's specific leadership and interaction across multiple
USN and Joint platforms and systems has resulted in smart,
cost effective solutions which expand our Nation's defense
near and abroad.
AAI staff led multi-disciplined teams across program
competencies to connect numerous large DoD contractors and
field activities in concept exploration, analysis, high fidelity
constructive and operator-in-loop simulations, software development,
integration test, ground and flight test demonstrations.
AAI staff has spearheaded innovating ways to capture,
document and prioritize System of Systems (SoS) improvements
by capability versus cost (Mission Capability Package (MCP)
mapping).
AAI facilitates joint consortiums of multiple military
services, industry, and government technical, acquisition,
and warfighting working groups on providing more efficient
network architectures, supporting a family of sensors, systems,
and platforms, to facilitate net enabled joint mission enhancements.
AAI coordinated the development of System of Systems
(SoS) architecture products in accordance with the DODAF and
the CJCSI 3170.01C "Joint Capabilities Integration and
Development System."
AAI's acquisition, operational and technical background
has proven application to both S&T and acquisition programs.
